Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

Team Pastel Threads puts in a great amount of effort to ensure that you absolutely love your product, but incase you would like to return or exchange it, we are happy to help!

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, the products have to be unused and the tags have to be secure on the product. Any sign of usage (no tags, tears, scratch, stain, foul odor, perfume/deodorant stains or odor) will result in failure of quality check and rejection of the return.

To initiate a return, please raise a request over WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup within 24-48 hours. We require items to be packed with tags intact and handed over to our courier agent.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Pastel Threads will do its best to provide a size exchange but it is subject to availability.

If Pastel Threads has provided one size exchange for a product, we cannot accept another return or exchange on that product. Once an exchange is processed, it will be considered FINAL SALE.

REFUND POLICY

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. For orders paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds shall be made via bank transfer (NEFT). Alternatively, you can also opt for a refund in the form of a store credit.

Failure to provide bank details within 10 business days of return will result in store credit being issued.

Cash on Delivery and Same Day Delivery fees are non-refundable.

STORE CREDIT

A Pastel Threads store credit is applicable on all our products including the products that are on sale. It is valid up to a year from the date of issue.

Once refund has been issued in the form of store credit, it cannot be changed to another form later. Store credit is only redeemable on our website and cannot be used towards shipping or cash on delivery fees.

If the value of your store credit is below INR 3000, it should be redeemed all at once. If you use the code for any value below the credit amount, the entire code will be deemed as void and the balance amount cannot be redeemed in any other way.

If the value of your store credit is above INR 3000, it can be split for a maximum of 2 different orders.  To enable this, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your first order using the code. We will not be able to split the code if we are not informed within the specified time frame.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS

• Items that are bought on a discount or a promo code will not be eligible for refund. Only exchange (subject to availability) or store credit is possible.

• All products bought in FINAL SALE will not be eligible for return or exchange.

• A purchase made using store credit will be considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return/exchange.

• If Pastel Threads has provided one size exchange for a product, we cannot accept another return or exchange on that product. Once an exchange is processed, it will be considered FINAL SALE.

• We cannot accept returns on any products that have been damaged or tarnished due to daily wear and tear.

PLEASE NOTE: Special promos or discount codes are not applicable on sale items or on any special prices unless specified. Coupons are not transferrable on future purchases or exchanges. Coupons are not applicable on past purchases.
